
Refund & Cancelation Policy
At Side Quest Curios, workshops and handmade artwork require preparation, materials, and limited seating. This policy is designed to be fair to our guests while also respecting the time and resources required to run a small creative studio.
Workshop Cancellations
Cancellations 7 or More Days Before the Workshop

Guests may cancel their registration for a full refund.
Cancellations 3–6 Days Before the Workshop

Registrations may be transferred one time to a future workshop of equal value, subject to availability.

Transfers must be requested by email

Transfers must be used within 60 days of the original workshop date
Cancellations Within 48 Hours

No refunds or transfers are issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop start time.
No-Shows

Guests who do not attend their scheduled workshop without notice forfeit their payment.

No refunds, credits, or rescheduling will be offered for no-shows.
Workshop Changes or Cancellations by Side Quest Curios

If Side Quest Curios must cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or severe weather), guests will be offered:

A full refund, or

The option to transfer their registration to a future workshop

Finished Art Sales
All sales of finished art are final.

If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact Side Quest Curios within 5 days of receiving the item so the issue can be reviewed.
Please note that minor variations in handmade artwork are normal and are not considered damage.
