Side Quest Curios ships handmade stained glass artwork with care and intention. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are shipped, along with important details about delivery expectations.
Shipping Locations
Side Quest Curios currently ships within the United States only.
Processing Time

Completed / ready-to-ship artwork will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Custom orders have timelines that vary by project and will be discussed and agreed upon with the client prior to purchase.
Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS, depending on size, weight, and destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is charged at a flat rate based on the size of the item. Rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Insurance
All shipped items are insured for their full value.
The cost of shipping insurance is included in the shipping fee paid by the customer.
Delivery Timeframes & Delays
Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Once an order has shipped, Side Quest Curios is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Damage
If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact Side Quest Curios within 5 days of delivery. Photos of the item and packaging may be requested so the issue can be reviewed.
Side Quest Curios will handle communication with the shipping carrier and any insurance claims.
