Welcome to Side Quest Curios. By accessing our website, booking a workshop, or making a purchase, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We’ve written these in plain English to keep expectations clear and fair for everyone.
Use of Our Website
Our website is intended for personal, lawful use only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Workshops & Participation

Group workshops are open to participants 16 years and older.

Private or one-on-one sessions may be available for teens ages 13–15, by request.

All participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver prior to participation.

Participants under 13 are not permitted.
Safety & Conduct

Stained glass work involves sharp materials, heat, tools, and lead-based solder. By participating in a workshop, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.

All participants are expected to:

Follow safety instructions provided by Side Quest Curios staff

Use tools and materials responsibly

Treat staff and fellow participants with respect

Side Quest Curios reserves the right to remove any participant from a workshop without refund if they:

Fail to follow safety instructions

Behave in a disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful manner

Create an environment that interferes with the experience or safety of others
Assumption of Risk

By booking or attending a workshop, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in stained glass activities and agree that Side Quest Curios is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions or normal use of tools and materials.
Payments & Bookings

All workshop bookings and purchases are processed through our website using Wix’s secure payment system.

By completing a booking or purchase, you authorize Side Quest Curios to charge the payment method provided.
Cancellations & Refunds (Workshops)

Workshop cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which is provided separately on our website.
Finished Art Sales

All sales of finished art are final.

Refunds or replacements are offered only in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.

If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact Side Quest Curios within 5 days of receiving the item so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Please note that minor variations in handmade artwork are normal and are not considered damage.

Force Majeure
Side Quest Curios is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control. This may include, but is not limited to, severe weather, power outages, natural disasters, public health emergencies, government actions, or illness.
Photography & Media Use
Side Quest Curios may take photographs or short videos during workshops for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify us in advance or at the start of the workshop. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure you are not included in photos or videos.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
